Sheng Long!!

Remember Sheng Long (aka Gouken)? what you don't know!?

He's Only The martial arts master who trained Ryu and Ken, as well as the elder brother and former training partner of Akuma. I remember reading about this dude in an EGM from 92' and their was a picture of him fighting. i always thought there was some sort of code to use this guy but it was all a hoax. but guess what... hell be usable in full effect in the up coming STREET FIGHTER 4!!
